I can't believe it's been one year since my life has changed. 3am sitting in dubai airport from kolkatta and I'm so helpless that my baby is all the way in Cairo. I love my family so much but sometimes they can be unnecessary! I'll celebrate her 2nd birthday inshalla with my beautiful lady by my side when I finally move back to dubai to start my life.
I'm sure I'm not making sense and it's the lack of sleep that's making me stare at some baby in the airport pretending to be cute like my rozah when really she's not.
As a good friend of mine says,
Count your blessing.

Leaving with dry tears :( I went to buy a traditional indian costume for the wedding at SABYA SACHI and I fell ahead inlove with one of the costumes but it cost £2700 that's more then 2,000,000 in india's currency! almost my living expense for a whole month! Biting my eyes shut so I don't splatter in tears. I guess I'll be able to afford it when I'm 40 :( its so sad that beautiful clothes look amazing on young people but only older people can afford it. If it was my brother's wedding I wouldn't think twice before but ahhhhh we arab men are blessed for not having to worry about clothing. A simple white kandoora is more then perfect.
Never stop dreaming!
Never stop dreaming!
In Kulkata for my beautiful friend wedding Mansi Surika.
My London simcard was not working so I couldn't use my blackberry and I wasn't for sure going to use my Dubai simcard cos that's clear bankrupt!
Landed tuesday morning and went straight on with the program. I love that indian wedding takes a week long and partying is non-stop!!! I'll be in one of the dances with mansi's brother on the day before the wedding. I'll ask someone to film me so all my friends can watch it on my blog. Its 2am and I'm so tired! At least the shopping is like prozac :p

Roze is Rozah's nanny. She've been with my family since my great grand mother! Five generations if you count rozah as my daughter.
Its hard to be humble when u r great as I am
I miss my brother Ali! It seems we exchanged places. I'm in Dubai and she's in London. At least I'm with my daughter and lady. What else can I ask for..... Maybe a visa to india :'(
Rushing from home to Victoria train station to catch up the Gatwick express, I reached the airport but in the wrong terminal! Running like crazy with my suitcase I mange to reach in time. 6hrs to dubai seemed like few minutes. Arrive in dubai airport, again I rush to the departure to surprise my two younger brothers who were on their way to see me in London. At least I said SURPRISE! Hehehehee. My friend pick me up from the airport and drive me to my baby girl Rozah!!!! Ahhhhhhh life just brightened up through the horrid rain. I left london to see my rozah and some sun. I'm so glad to be home! My father and mother were full of tears when I entered the house jumping. 3 days in dubai till I fly to the wedding.
Mega migraine!
I neeeeed a cure to those horrific migraines I have almost every three days. Most often i end up sleeping with my head wrapped with a sweater.
If you know any good doctors in either london, paris or dubai let me know.

Chelsea bridge 3am Monday morning. Gotta wake up at 7am for work. Usually when people wake up in the middle of the night they flip to the other side and call it a night. But what I do is take the bicycle all the way from sloane street till chelsea bridge. The themes is so settle and the breeze is as gentle as her lips. Reminds me of the last time we both were here. Its winter yet I'm wearing barely much! A hoody and shorts and my still wet loafers from last night rumbling in the rain. Maybe I'm coming up with something? A love fever :p
Dubai, an idea of a contemporary life with a traditional twist. I'll have to revise that statement!

Today, it took me off by surprise how much traffic was on my blog last night! I rarely log in my blog because most my post are sent by email. But for some reason I decided too. Over twelve hundred views trafficked by a Kuwaiti lady's blog www.meblogging.com, probably a random post. She read my entire blog and didn't get what it was about. Well, Ms meblogging I would like to assure you that I too don't know what the heck my blog is about. But it defiantly has to do with what's around me.
Curiosity asked me to browse meblogging. I found it enchanting and very approachable in term of design and content. I peculiarly liked the posts about fridays! made me miss my family so terribly. Especially my Rozah.
Now, here is a fact for those who don't know me; Rozah is not my daughter and I'm not married! Well, at least not for the next few years. Rozah is my life and soul and she'll be one whole year on the 1st of Feb. Also another fact, well it's more on a point of view rather then a fact. But I believe out of the middle eastern women, Kuwait has seriously stylish ladies. What I love about kuwaiti people is that they're out spoken, great sense of humour, educated and they really know how to have a good time. Oh and their arabic accent makes me smile :p

do you understand LOVE?
This compelling ballet is memorialising! the dance, movement evokes a story about love and how it's always never "apart". This video is dedicated to my lady! you'll always be a part of me.
I'm really craving those biscuits with sesame seeds on top, usually sold in Lebanese bakers. I think they're called "bushar" they're sort of long like french bread but miniature size. When I was 8, my brothers and I used to dip them in chi tea.
Oh those old memories just bring me to life. It's the little things in life that counts. So start finding the pleasure in everything you do and that's a guarantee to chisel a smile on your face when you need it the most.
